Rape Crisis National Service Standards 2024
Independent Quality Assessors
We are seeking to recruit four Independent Quality Assessors (IQAs) to assess centres as part of the Rape Crisis National Service Standards (RCNSS) Professional Approval process.
This will involve visiting RCEW member centres across the network.
The tasks to be completed by the IQAs are:
- preparation – reading pre-site visit briefing report
- conducting the site visit – completing a tour of the centre and carrying out three structured interviews (with the RCNSS Lead, a volunteer and a trustee)
- writing up a report – summarising findings.
IQAs are offered work with RCEW on a third-party sub-contract basis. The quantity of work available depends on the scheduling of site visits (between September and December 2024) and RCEW cannot guarantee an amount of work to be offered but asks for a commitment to a minimum of eight site visits.
