We have limited charity places for the 2027 TCS Double London Marathon on Saturday 24 April 2027, the first ever two-day edition of the race.
If you entered the ballot and missed out, or you have been waiting for the right reason to take on 26.2 miles, this is it.
Because we have a very limited number of places, we are asking everyone to apply through a short application form.
We are looking for runners with a credible plan to raise £2,500 or more, and we will back you every step of the way with a welcome pack, fundraising materials and ideas, an RCEW running vest, and a named contact in our team.
Every pound you raise helps keep specialist Rape Crisis support available to survivors across England and Wales.
The key details:
- Apply by: Sunday 9 August 2026. We will confirm outcomes to all applicants by Friday 21 August.
- Minimum fundraising pledge: £2,500 (excluding Gift Aid), with a £100 registration deposit payable on acceptance.
- Fundraising milestones: 25% raised by 30 November 2026, 50% by 15 January 2027, and 75% by 28 February 2027. These are designed to help us support you early rather than catch you out later.
- One important note on this year's terms: places cannot be rolled over or deferred to next year, including in the case of injury. If you are unable to run, please tell us as soon as possible so your place can go to another runner. After mid-March 2027 the place is lost to us entirely, so early communication really matters.
Applications close at midnight Sunday 9 August 2026, and we will confirm outcomes by Monday 24 August 2026.
