Women, men and children.

Services Provided:

  • Anonymous and confidential helpline and support service via telephone, email and live chat.
  • One-to-one counselling provided by qualified female practitioners for women, girls and young men aged up to 18.
  • Pre-trial therapy.
  • Specialist support for survivors aged 16+.
  • Specialist support for survivors with learning disabilities.
  • Various group programmes: The Power Programme, Surviving to Thriving & Kitchen Connection Healing for women only (definition of women including trans women and non-binary people who feel the space is right for them).

Other information:

Telephone helpline is open Monday and Friday (11am - 2pm), Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (6pm - 8pm).

Live Chat is available Tuesday and Thursday (12pm - 2pm and 6pm - 8pm) and Wednesday (6pm - 8pm).
