- Anonymous and confidential helpline and support service via telephone, email and live chat
- One-to-one counselling provided by qualified female practitioners for women, girls and young men aged up to 18
- Pre-trial therapy
- Specialist support for survivors aged 16+
- Specialist support for survivors with learning disabilities
- Various group programmes: The Power Programme, Surviving to Thriving & Kitchen Connection Healing for women only (definition of women including trans women and non-binary people who feel the space is right for them)
