  • Anonymous and confidential helpline and support service via telephone and email. Telephone helpline is open Tuesday and Thursday (6pm-8pm) and Friday (12pm -2pm).
  • Hypnotherapy.
  • Group support.
  • One-TO-one counselling.
  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
  • The Sunflowers Project - specialist support for children and young people aged 6-18 who have been directly or indirectly impacted by sexual abuse.
  • ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisors) services.
