Anonymous and confidential helpline support offered via telephone, email and webchat. The helpline is open Monday 2pm - 7pm, Tuesday 10am - 6pm, Wednesday 8am - 3:30pm and Thursday 10am - 6pm.
One-to-one counselling.
Creative counselling.
One-on-one Support Sessions with a Support Worker.
Reiki treatment.
ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) services.
Pre-trial therapy.
Separate Female Group Therapy and Male Group Therapy for survivors aged 18+.
Children and young people support group.
Art Therapy available for children and adults.
