Women, men and children.

Confidential and anonymous telephone and email support line. The telephone helpline is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday (6pm - 9pm).
One-to-one specialist therapeutic sessions, offering practical, psychological and emotional support.
Specialist trauma support.
EDMR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy.
Confidential counselling for any young person between 13-25 who have experienced sexual violence.
Group work for women designed - provide women with trauma resilience skills.
Information and resources for older women who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their life.
Practical and advocacy support for survivors.
