Survivor Space Oxfordshire

Clerk

  • £17.50 per hour

This role will arrange to work according to pre-set dates and hours for all Trustee-related meetings, including committees, full Trustees and hoc meetings as required. This will involve meetings in the early evenings.

The administrative support to Trustees will be accountable to the Trustee body, working effectively with the Chair of Trustees, with Chairs of sub-committees, with the CEO, and other members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and other Trustees. The role will secure the continuity of the Trustee body’s business and observe confidential requirements at all times.

This is an administrative role, which reports to the CEO.

The Women’s Centre Cornwall

ISVA Senior Practitioner (Adults & CYP) + Neurodivergence Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to provide specialist trauma informed advocacy and support to neurodivergent survivors who have experienced rape, sexual violence, or sexual abuse. Leading on training and development initiatives within their specialism, sharing best practice and research to strengthen team knowledge and build referral pathways with multi-agency partnerships to improve support for neurodivergent survivors.

Keyworker

We are looking for someone experienced in trauma informed practice to build relationships and support women with complex needs that may be suffering trauma and loss. Working flexibly and collaboratively alongside the children’s and adult’s services, you will develop a network of support alongside partner agencies, linking families with services and improving co-ordination.

As a Keyworker, you will provide a trusted single point of contact, advocate for parents within the multi-agency system and work alongside children’s and adult’s services to prevent future removals. You will support families following separation from their children, helping reduce the trauma of care proceedings, promoting sustainable, positive change.

YEW Project Worker

We are looking for an empathetic, trauma responsive practitioner to engage and support young women and girls aged from 11 to 18 years. Working in partnership with a range of agencies, the post holder will advocate on behalf of young women, facilitate group work programmes and activities, offer one-to-one support, and help prepare resources and materials for group sessions to support the YEW Project Coordinator.

Nottinghamshire Sexual Violence Support Services

EMCYPSAS Crisis Support Worker

  • £26,560 per annum
  • 37.5 hours per week

The experienced Children and Young Person’s Crisis Support Worker will provide sensitive, client-centered, non–judgmental support to survivors, aged 17 and under, of sexual violence. This will include providing advocacy support for clients during forensic medical examinations.

They will work as part of the first response team of clinicians, forensic physicians, police officers and EMCYPSAS management team to deliver a high standard of service for clients referred to EMCYPSAS by the Police or who self-refer.

They will also provide cover for EMCYPSAS helpline and Email contacts, answering calls and responding to emails, acting as a first point of contact, providing information and support on topics relating to sexual violence to clients, families and carers and professionals who call the helpline or send emails and responding to the needs of clients who self-refer.

Lincolnshire Rape Crisis

Specialist Sexual Violence Support Line and Live Chat Worker

  • £14.47 – £16.97 per hour (depending on shift pattern)

You will provide trauma informed, empowerment based, practical and emotional support to survivors across the UK on a Support Line and live chat service.

You will facilitate the provision of a national 24/7 Support Line and Live Chat service.

You will work in a way that recognises the impact of trauma, prioritises emotional and physical safety, and supports survivors to make informed choices about their own lives.

We are looking for someone who brings empathy, enthusiasm, strong boundaries and a clear commitment to empowering adult survivors. You will understand the importance of working within a specialist VAWG service, including the need to challenge victim-blaming attitudes, uphold confidentiality and provide non-judgemental, inclusive support.

Greater Manchester Rape Crisis

Experienced Social Worker

Greater Manchester Rape Crisis are looking for a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our friendly and committed Pathfinder team.

Your role will be to support women across three women’s charities within the GM Pathfinder partnership and work with service users who have experienced sexual trauma, but who present with additional complex mental health needs. The work will be with service users in partner organisation settings and in the community, working collaboratively with individuals, carers and partners from local multi agency providers and services, to assess and identify social care needs that may be potential barriers to the client being able to address their sexual trauma.

Greater Manchester Rape Crisis are looking for a qualified Independent Sexual Violence Advisor to join our friendly and committed team. Your role will be to support women practically and emotionally as they go through the criminal justice system.

Applicants who are not yet ISVA-qualified, but who have relevant experience working within the criminal justice system and/or sexual violence services will also be considered. In this case, the successful candidate would be supported to complete the ISVA qualification.

Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP)

We are seeking a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) or Low Intensity Psychological Worker to support survivors of sexual trauma and their loved ones through evidence-based, low-intensity psychological interventions.

You will work closely with a wide network of main contacts and partners, including PCFT GM Resilience Hub, TRC, Greater Manchester Rape Crisis, Manchester Action on Street Health (MASH), local authority partners, third-sector organisations, multi-disciplinary teams, service users and carers, and services across the adult mental health pathway.

The role operates across three sites within Greater Manchester, making the ability and willingness to travel between sites essential. You will work flexibly in partner organisation settings and in the community, collaborating with individuals, carers and multi-agency providers to assess and identify social care needs that may present barriers to clients addressing their sexual trauma.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level, proactive support to the CEO and Board, requiring discretion, confident communication, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities.

Working in close partnership with the CEO, you will bring structure, oversight, and clarity to a varied and fast-paced workload, ensuring that priorities are well-managed, time is used effectively, and key pieces of work progress at pace. This will include managing a complex diary and inbox, acting as a gatekeeper and facilitator, and ensuring that communication and information flow smoothly across the organisation.

Pathway Navigator

  • £28,626.30 per annum (FTE)
  • 37 hours per week

You will carry out trauma-informed assessments with new clients to ascertain their best options for support, whether internal or external.

Your key responsibilities include, providing a trauma-informed telephone, video, and face-to-face triage service for survivors referred to SARSAS, including self-referrals. You’ll ensure initial needs and risks are assessed and understood. Where appropriate, carry out short term risk management and safety planning. You will also provide information about what support services are available and refer/facilitate access to internal, or external support services.
