Women and girls aged 13+.

Services Provided:

  • Anonymous and confidential helpline and support service via telephone and email. The telephone helpline is available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am - 8pm and Tuesday and Friday 9am - 3pm.
  • Face-to-face support service.
  • One-to-one counselling service for female survivors aged 18+.
  • Young women's support service specifically tailored for the needs of girls and young women aged 13-19.
  • Support groups available for women survivors aged 18+ including; First Contact Womens Group for women waiting for therapy & Peer Support Women's Group for women who have completed therapy.
