Give n Get: Rape Crisis supports study into young people & sexual relationships

10 Apr 2013

Researchers from London Metropolitan University seek help finding out what people aged 13 – 18 think about giving and asking for sexual consent.

The Give ‘n’ Get Project, a research team from the Child & Woman Abuse Studies Unit (CWASU) at London Metropolitan University, has been funded by the Office of the Children’s Commissioner to find out how young people think about consent.

They've made some short films about situations where young people have had sex. The films form part of an online survey where the team asks a few questions about what happened in them. The final report will include analysis of the survey responses alongside findings from focus groups and individual interviews conducted across England.

The teams needs your help in getting the survey out to people aged 13 – 18.

Please publicise the survey across your networks and the young people you work with or know.

Tweet it – Facebook it - Pass it onto your children – Recruit a young person to be a leader for peer on peer recruitment.

Pass it on…
