Rape Crisis is proud to have worked alongside Broadchurch (ITV) to ensure viewers of its third and final series, which centred around Trish, a survivor of rape, had access to specialist sexual violence support services.
Rape Crisis was lucky enough to interview Julie Hesmondhalgh, who played Trish. You can watch the interview here:

The Sunday Mirror carried an exclusive of this interview here.
With the support of Broadchurch, the national Rape Crisis helpline was open for 14 hours every day during the 8 weeks the show was on air.
Broadchurch has been incredibly supportive of the specialist services provided by Rape Crisis. As part of this campaign we worked with a number of partners to raise awareness of how vital the work we do across our Rape Crisis network is.
