Women and girls. Emotional support and ISVA services available to men and boys.

Confidential and anonymous telephone and email helpline for girls and women affected by sexual violence. The telephone helpline is open Monday 12pm - 2pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 6:30pm - 8:30pm.
1: 1 Emotional support from specialist support workers.

One- to -one therapeutic support with a specialist support worker
Open group activities for women survivors of sexual violence :
- Friendship group, which is ran by volunteers offering women who have experienced sexual violence an opportunity to meet friendly, understanding people, and forge friendships.
- Hope and Cope, a new programme to help survivors of sexual violence understand and process their own personal reactions - their experience - Online self-care resources and guides.
